Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Drinkware & Home items (once used)
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Ship your return to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
For size exchanges on basketball apparel or bottoms, we’ll ship the new size once we receive your return (you’ll only pay shipping once).

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders.
