All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Drinkware & Home items (once used)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps for returns or exchanges:

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package securely – Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you chose free shipping, the standard shipping fee ($12.95) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Indicate your desired replacement item in your initial email
  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • For size exchanges on basketball apparel or bottoms, we’ll ship the new size once we receive your return (you’ll only pay shipping once)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For international customers (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders
